I started watching the television show, Brothers & Sisters when it first started six months ago. I thought it was a good show as I highly enjoy Sally Field and Calista Flockhart. Recently, ABC put all episodes to date online. This weekend, I had a little marathon and caught up with the Walker family.
Some of my favorite things about the show include:
- Rob Lowe is guest starring. Is it just me or has he gotten hotter since leaving The West Wing? Unfortunately, he plays a republican in this show.
- As I watched more and more of the season, I realized that the Walker's are just as screwed up as my family! They are so much like my family, it's not even funny. I mean, the fighting, the bitchiness, the crazy mother--I felt right at home.
- What's more awesome than seeing two guys kiss each other on network television? Espcially when they're cute! I love Kevin (the gay brother). He is so unlike your "typical" gay man. He reminds me a lot of my gays because they too, are not flamboyant and you sometimes do a double-take when they say or do something really gay. But every now and then, Kevin--much like my gaggle--does something oh-so gay and I just have to laugh.
- I would love to have a gay brother! It would be so much fun!
Sadly, whenever I find a show I really like, it gets cancelled. So, I won't get my hopes up too much. *sigh*
