It's not that I hate despise loathe Valentine's Day, it's that I don't like people assuming and pointing out that I can only be happy if I'm in a relationship. I revel in my singleness. There is nothing wrong with being single. In fact, it's quite a blessing. I mean, I don't have to please anyone else. I get to choose for myself what movies to see and what to eat for dinner. I don't get in silly little arguments with someone about silly little things (except for the voices in my head, but that's another story...).
