Is this kid gay?

There is a debate amongst some of the people I work with about this intern at the office. A few of us thinks he's gay even though he INSISTS he is not. So tell me what you think.

What we know about him:
He is 18, just graduated from a high school in Davis County.
His home life is not so great.
He is going to college in Canada called Queens University. His first year will be spent in England however and he is very excited about that.
He likes indie music.
His favorite movie is "Brokeback Mountain."
He reminds me of Shawn.
He likes philosophy and "emo" stuff.
His dad is in prison.
He was raised by his step-dad.
He now lives with his step-mom.
He has latched onto me for some bizarre reason over the last 2 weeks and always tags along with me to lunch.
He gets along really well with the women in the office.
